Payday Loan Fees How Do I Find Out If A Payday Loan Company Is Using Illegal Practices?

How do I find out if a Payday loan company is using illegal practices? - payday loan fees

I took a payday loan and they must return. However, I do not think this company is using legal debt collection practices. I asked her questions about the loan documents, license number, company name, address, etc ... I have nothing in the answer, but arrogant and rude e-mails. They asked me to stop e-mail to me at work. What should I do now? I do not deny the payment of the loan, but want to see the documents, so I know what taxes were.

They should be signed electronically transmitted documents. These documents show the costs and expenses. You only pay close to them. Never, never use them again.

Do you not think that if he signed the papers under the conditions of the loan? They had agreed to take money, no way I can get a loan from them and said, "You know, I do not agree with your method of payment, but I'm sure that later ..." No way.

The majority of prosecutors generally have a department that is ready with these costumes. Contact us and see if they can obtain information. Secondly, all of their requests in writing (and sends them through certificates?) E-mail You will receive a receipt when they receive, and always requires a response within a reasonable time. If they ignore your request in writing that gives more ammunition to the AG.

Well, what have you learned anything about these people? You profit from the misery and despair and are very aggressive, to be paid.

Simply find the legal scum of the earth.
If you took the loan they had to the conditions and rates do not accept - and I can assure you they were astronomical, ridiculous and easily into the realm of morality, but you have accepted, or less.

Contact the Office of the Attorney General to ensure that they are on the right side of morality and a return to these people as quickly as possible.

Stay as far away as possible from them! Ever wonder how you did not see it in these places in the rich too? Because they feed people at risk, like vultures on carrion. The people are so desperate for money that interest rates are outrageous, and just to get money.
