Best Baby Food What Is The Best Way To Thaw Homemade Baby Food?

What is the best way to thaw homemade baby food? - best baby food

I read when it comes to baby food for most mothers seem to know the easiest way to agree, is too big batches and freeze in portion size cubes to make. Just one question, what is the best way to thaw foods at lunch? It appears that the microwave at odds with the goal of "Better," food for babies. There will be thawed overnight in the refrigerator? Place in a pot with water? Any other method I have not thought of ...?

I did not thaw in the refrigerator overnight or place it under running warm tap water into it. Once you thaw out, even if you use hot water or in the microwave can not be reused, such as refrigerators and use it again the next day.

Place in a hot pot with water that is not very long to warm up.
