I rent an office for my pizza to visit for free. I am in my third year of my first five-year lease to rent and have 2 years to five options on the left side. If the property is sold my contract canceled due?

No, it is zero, the contract was exhausted and is not binding on the current owner and all future owners.

Absolutely not. He would buy the contract and the transfer of ownership of the results in a transfer of his lease basis.

Your lease is like the previous owner was still the owner. The new owner buys a building for the long term. Your choice of 2 .... 5 optional one-year lease is what is on the bench.
